Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items, ensuring correct pricing and proper handling of merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
Skills:
- Fluent in English
- Experience in wireless or technology sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage cash register transactions and maintain an orderly checkout area
- Basic retail math skills for accurate cash handling and pricing calculations
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide product information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong upselling skills to promote additional products or services
