About the Role
We are seeking a diligent and compassionate patient account specialist to join our team. As a patient account specialist, you will play a vital role in managing day to days tasks concerning patient payments, accounts, and other related billing matters. You will work in collaboration with our call center and insurance tams to ensure a seamless experience for our patients. We are looking for someone who has a positive and patient attitude and genuinely cares about our patients and team members. Location: Joint Relief Insitute - Greater Minneapolis
Required Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
