Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care services. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily activities, personal hygiene, and companionship while promoting their independence and well-being.

Monday thru Friday 3p-11p 40 hours per week Paid weekly

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Escort clients to appointments or outings
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is a plus
- Ability to treat clients with dignity, respect, and compassion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations
- Physical ability to lift or move clients if required
- CPR/First Aid certification is desirable
