Johnson Screens Summer Internship: Manufacturing Engineer
Over the last century of growth and acquisition, Johnson Screens has become the filtration screen of choice for industries as diverse as food & beverage, pulp and paper, mineral processing, oil and gas production, petrochemical refining, water and wastewater treatment and potable water supply.
As an intern with Johnson Screens, you'll will gain real-world experience in manufacturing, manufacturing processes, materials, engineering, process improvement, administration, and more. Over the course of the summer, you'll receive industry training and be involved in the exciting and unique processes that contribute to making our products.

Responsibilities for Interns:
• Day-to-Day duties and tasks
• Collaborating with professionals about their projects
• Assist with continuous improvement projects
• Work with industry leading software like SAP
• Understand and figure out better ways of making products
Internship Benefits:
• Mentoring and Training during the Internship
• Set work schedule (Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm)
• Compensation (The rate for this role will be $17 for Juniors, $18 for Seniors)
Intern Requirements:
• Must be entering your Junior or Senior year in the current semester and enrolled in a related BS degree program.
• Must be a creative and collaborative individual.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive.
• Analytical thinking
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel
Additional Information:
• This role will be in New Brighton, Minnesota.
