Store Manager
Get ready to dive into the world of our famous ice cream flavors and deliver the kind of
family-friendly service that makes us the talk of the town.
Our Store Managers are an extension of our quaint retail locations. We ask our Store
Managers to:
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand foot traffic and
good… we still need your creativity to help with community involvement,
marketing, sales promotions and just getting the word out about how incredibly
delicious our creations are!
- Undertake store administration duties such as mandatory store budgets and
- Work as a team. Ensure other employees are on task and completing assigned
a leader! This position will be responsible for scheduling and assigning
employees, following up on work results.
- Prioritize cleanliness (including weekly deep cleans) and stocked freezers.
