Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Sweeper to join our team. The Sweeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in outdoor areas, performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance, and ensuring a visually appealing environment.

Duties:
- Sweep and clean outdoor areas including sidewalks, parking lots, and garden spaces
- Perform tree trimming and tree care activities as needed
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as irrigating plants and maintaining garden beds
- Operate power tools for various outdoor maintenance activities
- Clear snow from designated areas during winter months
- Dig and prepare soil for planting or landscaping projects

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain power tools effectively
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of snow plowing techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
