Johnson Memorial Health is Hiring a COOK-FULL TIME DAYS Near Franklin, IN
Serves cafeteria customers, using portion control and correct service procedures.
Performs cleaning duties according to job task schedule, including cleaning of food production equipment and assisting in dish room. Maintains organized work area and stocks food and supplies necessary to complete tasks.
- Cleans and sanitizes equipment and fixtures.
- Uses cleaning chemicals according to directions.
Adheres to HACCP and ISDH sanitation standards.
Participates and promotes CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) activities.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Clearly communicates and continuously supports the Mission and Values of Johnson Memorial Health.
Conducts all activities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and Johnson Memorial Health policies and procedures including Blood and Body Substance Precautions.
Education, Experience And TrainingMust be able to read and write. Requires high school diploma or equivalent. Previous cooking experience preferred. ServSafe Certification preferred. “On the job” training provided.
Johnson Memorial Health is a nationally-recognized network of physicians, services and healthcare resources based in Johnson County, Indiana. The centerpiece is Johnson Memorial Hospital, located in Franklin Indiana, just 20 minutes south of Indianapolis. SCHEDULE: 6am to 2pm weekdays & every other weekend 6am-2pm; shift will include every other weekend.
