Learn more at https : / / www.jnj.com / . What is the J&J Emerging Communication Leaders Program (ECLP)? The J&J Emerging Communication Leaders Program (ECLP) is a two-year program, comprised of four fully immersive rotations (six months each) across the J&J IM CPA organization, including experiences in :

  • Global Reputation and Engagement Center of Excellence
  • Global Strategy and Transformation Center of Excellence
  • Global Portfolio Communications Center of Excellence
  • North America Commercial Business Communications Throughout these four rotations, participants will develop critical skills in organizational communications, media relations, measurement and reporting, and business writing to build the foundation for a career as a communications professional.

Participants will also have opportunities for mentorship, networking, experiential learning, and visits to other J&J campuses.

Upon successful completion of the rotational program, participant(s) will be eligible for placement in a full-time role in J&J IM CPA organization.

ECLP Rotations Global Reputation & Engagement (GRE)

  • Support organizational communications for an executive committee (EC) member.
  • Write, publish and report metrics for company-wide SharePoint.
  • Analyze and report on competitive trends in reputation, branding and digital communications.
  • Manage editorial calendar for J&J IM channels (both internal and external). Global Strategy & Transformation (S&T)
  • Develop, manage and distribute monthly newsletters for IM CPA.
  • Support organizational Communications for Vice President of IM CPA.
  • Operations support for the IM CPA organization.
  • Develop resource hub for J&J IM CPA team. Global Portfolio Communications (GPC)
  • Support the implementation of integrated communication activities for assigned Therapeutic Area (TA) and the global product business.
  • Support key R&D TA communication activities through planning, content development and tactical execution.
  • Collaborate with functional communications leaders on storytelling to drive impact in Supply Chain, R&D, and Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO).

North America Commercial Business Communications

  • Help develop and execute the communications programs for our current portfolio and / or prepare for new indications / product launches.
  • Ensure effective programming and internal and external pull-through of key reputational campaigns, disease education and branded communications campaigns.
  • Coordinate partnerships with advocacy, public affairs, media and communications partners in support of disease awareness and unbranded patient outreach. Education :
  • 0-2 years post-grad with a bachelor's degree is required, with a preference of study in the areas of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or closely related field.

Experience and Skills : Required :

  • Completion of at least one internship in complimentary field.
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, writing, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to be on-site 3 days a week at your host office.
  • Ability to start the program on July 1, 2024 is required. Preferred :
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Ability to commute to other J&J offices - New Brunswick, NJ, Titusville, NJ / or Horsham, PA, and Spring House, PA J&J offices.

Salary : The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States.

Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

The base pay range for this position is $60,000- $96,600. Bonus : The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.

Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.

The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar / performance year.

Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Benefits :

  • Employees and / or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
  • Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
  • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits :
  • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year
