Biosense Webster, part of the Johnson & Johnson MedTech family, is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager . This role will work a Flex/Hybrid schedule and must be located within a commutable distance of Irvine, CA .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the valuation process for the Biosense Webster innovation pipeline.
  • Coordinate financial updates for the monthly Project Investment Board meetings.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis on worldwide Sales and Gross Profit performance on a monthly basis.
  • Manage all financial aspects of the existing external partnerships related to the ultrasound business.
  • Lead ad-hoc initiatives in partnership with the Global Strategic Marketing team. Ensure portfolio decisions, profitability and growth initiatives are supported with sound financial analysis.
  • Review all royalty payments and ensure forecasts aligned with latest agreements and revenue projections.
  • Manage organizational and talent development by directly overseeing and developing two finance associates.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
  • A minimum of five (5) years of finance/accounting or related business experience is required
  • Candidate must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to think strategically and creatively and work in a team environment is required.
  • Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • The ability to effectively take on leadership roles and partner with associates at all levels of an organization in various functions is required.

Preferred:

  • Any advanced degree or certification(s) such as CPA/CMA and/or MBA
  • Experience with financial modelling and Net Present Value (NPV) analysis

The base pay range for this position is $97,000 - $166,750

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
