Learn more at This Role will support the Network Tech Ops team within DePuy Synthes and focus on Metrology, CMM programming, and Lab oversight, while ensuring Quality, Compliance, and Medical Device Manufacturing efficiency goals are achieved! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create, maintain, and manage CMM programs for the site. - Troubleshoot and maintain production CMM equipment as needed. - Lead contract resources in the Engineering Lab - Oversee production gage calibration through integrated calibration vendor, to ensure Manufacturing and QA Lab gage and equipment calibrations are completed on time. Qualifications Education: - A minimum of an High School / Vocational Diploma is required. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Required: - Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and blueprint interpretation - Technical understanding of Inspection and Measurement Equipment including; Optical Comparators, Vision Systems, Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gages, CMM's - Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) PREFERRED: - Previous experience within a regulated manufacturing industry - Experience in a CNC machining environment - Certified in Zeiss Calypso programming (certificate required for programming) OTHER: - Ability to Travel (up to 10%) Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
