Are you currently (or have experience) in retail sales, especially furniture, appliances or cars? Tired of the loooong hours, high pressure, and lack of advancement opportunities?

OUR associates work a set weekly schedule, no later than 7:00PM.

OUR associates have been promoted to store managers, operations managers, builder co-ordinators, commercial sales managers, and more. Associates have relocated to locations in MO, KS, and AR as well.

Responsibilities of the sales professionals include:

• A passion for design, decorating, or just helping people make their home beautiful
• Ability to (or learn to)accurately measure and estimate installation costs
• Access to reliable transportation in order to get to work and visit customers’ homes
• Open and flexible work availability
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Willing to learn our operating system
• Retail sales experience is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Professionalism, dependability, accountability, and punctuality
• Self-motivated and internally driven to excel in your career
• Organized and capable of juggling multiple (and sometimes competing) deadlines and deliverables
