Description

Johnson Barrow, Inc. has been in business for over 50 years and has established itself as one of the leading Commercial HVAC Manufacturers Representative Firms in the Pacific Northwest.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HVAC Controls Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building automation systems (BAS) in commercial and industrial settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, and commission HVAC control systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance on BAS equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • May be required to travel to client sites

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC controls
  • Familiarity with Reliable Controls, LG, Taco & Optergy
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $35 - $65 Hourly
