The Role:
The Restoration Technician is responsible for cleaning water and fire-damaged commercial and residential properties. This person would handle demolition work, structure cleaning, move in/move-outs, and many other construction-related duties. The Lead Mitigation Technician is the first line of customer service and will be in charge of getting paperwork completed by the homeowner, taking daily readings and pictures, and will lead the restoration project. Will also be expected to be able to set up and monitor equipment and be able to calculate the proper amount and type of equipment for each restoration project. To be successful, you must possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, professional appearance, excellent customer service skills, and be available to work weekends and evenings as necessary. You must also be skilled and proficient with drywall, patching, and painting projects, be detail-oriented and follow procedures in documenting all work done. Receives direct or general supervision from Operations Manager and Office Manager. Oversight and supervision of the Team Coordinator and Accounting Team Lead.
