As part of the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, the Sullivan Breast Center (Women's Center) at Sibley Memorial Hospital is dedicated to breast health and the care and treatment of breast cancer. Sibley Memorial Hospital - Johns Hopkins Medicine, is a non-profit, full service 318 bed acute care community hospital located in the Palisades neighborhood of Washington, DC.

About this position:

The Women’s Center Navigator functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team who has experience in patient relations and referral management. She/he is a clinical resource and advocate with the goal of ensuring timely, seamless and efficient access for new patients and referring physicians to the breast surgery practice. Her/his main area of focus is to improve access and patient experience as well as to provide patient education. She will coordinate patient care from practice point of entry to survivorship and discharge. She/her will serve as a liaison within the healthcare system and to community resources.

What you will bring:

1. Baccalaureate Degree in nursing required
2. Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare setting.
3. Current RN District of Columbia licensure.
