General Summary :

Inspects, cleans, assembles and sterilizes surgical instrument sets. Operates cleaning and sterilization equipment in order to clean instruments and supplies.

Is proficient in the technical and quality performance metrics. Guides and assists IP I’s and IP II’s. Performs QA audits.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years instrument processing experience required. Must have demonstrated competence in all instrument set assembly and sterilization to include all specialties
