Sightline is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Management Leader to join our team and play a leadership role in optimizing core business processes across the enterprise. The Project Manager IV will lead and oversee several interconnected Business Modernization work streams (spanning human capital, procurement, finance, and operations). The PM IV will work in collaboration with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to help design and optimize core institutional business processes. This individual will be responsible for ensuring interconnectedness of projects, and teams, to deliver on the core principles organizational imperatives of the Sightline Project. The project manager IV will need to be well-versed in project management, process improvement, and leading other project management resources and stakeholders.
The PM IV will be an integral member of the Sightline Business Modernization and Transformation Leadership Team (which collaborates and spans across both the university and health system). This position will report to, and serve as a Strategic Advisor to, the JHHS VP of Strategic Initiatives (responsible for overseeing JHHS Sightline Business Transformations). This individual will participate in project level strategic planning and tactical execution of transformation initiatives and will oversee the coordination and direct management of performance improvement specialist working on the Sightline Project.
