Suburban Hospital is a 228-bed, Level II Trauma Center, and a community-based hospital in Bethesda, Maryland. What you will do:
The Nursing Supervisor will work within the Nursing Administration Dept. and assures the application of standards for nursing practice through observation, supervision, intervention, and evaluation. She/he will act as a role model, resource and communication link to coordinate nursing and other hospital services to assure safe patient care. The Nursing Supervisor is also responsible for administrative decisions which assure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
