As a not-for-profit and full-service community hospital, Sibley offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic and skilled nursing inpatient services, as well as a 24-hour Emergency Department. Sibley’s campus is also home to Grand Oaks, an assisted living residence; a medical building with physician offices and ambulatory surgery and imaging centers. As part of the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, the Sullivan Breast Center at Sibley Memorial Hospital is dedicated to breast health and the care and treatment of breast cancer.

Job Summary: The diagnostic Sonographer is responsible for producing diagnostic information using the sonography equipment and related diagnostic techniques. The Sonographer acquires and evaluates data, while exercising discretion and judgment in performance of the clinical examination.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

1. Must have attended an approved school for Diagnostic Sonography or have equivalent experience which is accepted for registration with the R.D.M.S.
2. Must be registry eligible and pass boards within one year of employment.
3. Current CPR certification required.

Shift: PRN/On-call, Day Shift - 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM. No weekends, no calls.
