Prepare to embark on an exhilarating journey in a vibrant 23- bed medical unit, where the most complex adult medical cases are met with passion and empathy. This 23-bed medical unit has RN's that primarily care for a variety of complex adult medical patients including those with acute gastrointestinal, cardiac, renal, hepatic, endocrine and respiratory disorders. A few of our beds are dedicated to patients who require specialized care relating to infectious disease processed. Nelson is a family like unit that utilizes team work and positivity to build relationships with the multidisciplinary team and provide exceptional patient care.
But Nelson 4 is more than just a Medical Unit; it’s a close-knit family where teamwork and positivity thrive. Shifts: 12 rotation Day/Night shift- 36 hours per week plus every third weekend.

All New Graduate RNs will be automatically enrolled in our yearlong Nurse Residency Program to facilitate your successful transition into professional nursing practice.
(Applicants with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire)
