The Assistant Director, Peds provides administrative oversight and leadership to the Comprehensive Transplant Center (CTC) comprised of kidney, liver, pancreas, heart and lung transplant programs. They will directly supervise the CTC Transplant Information Systems Specialists, Financial Advocates, Lead Outreach Coordinator, QI Analyst, In House Coordinator and Program Coordinator. In addition, they will acts as a team leader of the larger CTC staff, bringing together advance practice, nurse coordinators, patient service coordinators, surgeons, physicians, administration and multi-disciplinary personnel including Social Work, Pharmacy and nutrition to work toward common goals.
