Join our dedicated team at MedStar Health, where you'll make a real impact on the lives of patients with renal conditions. Our Medical/Surgical – Renal unit features 48 private rooms to ensure patient comfort and privacy. We specialize in providing expert care to patients with renal-focused medical needs, including those requiring peritoneal dialysis. You'll have the flexibility to choose your preferred schedule with straight shifts, offering both day shift and night shift positions. Our schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week, with a rotating weekend schedule (every 3rd weekend).

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
