As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and assembling ingredients
- Cook and prepare menu items according to recipes and guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Assist with banquet and catering events as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with customer inquiries and requests
- Bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas

Skills:
- Culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Strong food handling skills and knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Experience in banquet or catering settings is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
