John Vena Inc. is Hiring a Truck Driver – CDL A Near Philadelphia, PA
We are currently seeking a Truck Driver (CDL A) to join our Logistics team as a crucial link in the food supply chain.Our Drivers work under the direction of the Transportation Team Supervisor for assignment updates or changes. The Truck Driver position is responsible to load, unload, and transport products to and from destinations. Our Drivers also assist the Logistics Team with warehouse distribution tasks if needed. Drivers verify order accuracy and maintain written records regarding product deliveries, mileage, driver logs and fuel records. The Truck Driver will complete all other duties and projects as assigned or required.This is a full-time position. The schedule for this position requires a start time varying between 2:00am - 6:00am throughout the week (Monday - Friday). Schedule is subject to minor adjustments based on business needs.
Our target starting wage is $24/hour based on experience.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Loads and unloads products at John Vena, Inc.
- Transports product to and from destinations in the area for John Vena, Inc.
- Makes pickups and deliveries at nearby cold storage facilities.
- Works with the Logistics Team to handle warehouse distribution tasks.
- Assists with product pick up and order consolidation for merchandise being shipped on the truck.
- Responsible to verify the accuracy of all orders loaded and delivered from the truck.
- Maintains operational logs related to the truck for John Vena, Inc.
- Responsible to maintain a clean and safe vehicle at all times.
- Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational need
- Represents John Vena, Inc. in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
