Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative Quoter to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by reaching out to potential customers and promoting our products and services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Duties:
- Conduct warm calling to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Utilize Salesforce CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Comfortable making outbound calls to potential customers
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
