Overview:
We seek a skilled Service Advisor to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and service management and will thrive in our supportive work environment, focusing on providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Provide recommendations on necessary repairs and maintenance
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Explain service estimates and invoices to customers
- Upsell additional services as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

-Usage of digital Toyota SmartPath platform for customer check-in, MPI, and communication

Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive repair or service management
- Knowledge of dealership operations and automotive sales
- Familiarity with brake repair, suspension, shocks, struts, and vehicle maintenance
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Certification as a Service Technician is a plus

Pay: $43,811.00 - $64,965.00 per year
