JMC Homes, an established Roseville based homebuilder, is looking for a Part Time Home Warranty Admin. We are a locally owned home builder that develops, designs, and builds master planned communities in the greater Sacramento area.

Summary

Call customers and vendors to remind of upcoming appointments

Job Duties

• 4 hours a day (1:00 – 5:00pm)
• Call and email trade vendors to confirm upcoming weekly appointments
• Call homeowners to confirm next day’s appointments
• Call homeowners end of business day to confirm trade vendor arrived and issue was resolved
• Communicate homeowner request status to Customer Care Rep
• Reschedule trades as needed
• Escalate calls to supervisor as needed
• Confirm CCRs have appointments entered into calendar
• Assist the Warranty team as needed

Experience/Skills Required

• Customer service experience, with
• Construction experience preferred
• Proficient with computers and systems
• Be highly organized, detail oriented, and efficient in approaching tasks
• Conflict resolution skills
