Top Land Brokerage and marketing Firm specializing in ranches, recreational and conservation properties across five southern states seeking Marketing Associate and Executive Assistant. Experience in the outdoor industry and/or land knowledge is a plus.

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management, communication skills, and be able to work as a self-starter. You will contribute to the efficiency of our business by organizational and communications skills to our associates, clients, and external partners.

Summary:

Assist in the creation of promotional materials and collateral and sales support tools. Working with agents for marketing needs to support their sales efforts. Researching and editing of copy for websites, printed marketing collateral. Assist in planning promotional activities and direct mail. Conducts and evaluates market research. Work with marketing director on various projects. Direct photography shoots and drone shoots. Plans and coordinates trade shows. Research ability. Light traveling is needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creation of promotional material and collateral and sales support tools
• Serve as point of contact for agent and clients
• Liaison with Collaborative Marketing Partners
• Represent Broker, landowners and conservation partners at events and in community.
• Provide Clients and partners timely updates
• Assist in research and editing of written copy for websites, printed marketing collateral etc
• Assist with Marketing Director in various marketing Initiatives
• Plans and coordinates trade shows.
• Manage partner’s calendars and coordinate meetings
• Conduct research and create reports
• Maintain and update client database
• Coordinate client gifts
• Manage spreadsheets
• Periodic Light travel in region

Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to self-start and multi-task well in a fast-paced work environment for several agents and supervisors.
• Well organized with writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Commanding knowledge of marketing and digital media strategies
• Ability to Juggle multiple projects at once
• Ability to communicate our unique strategy directly to business leaders and clients
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
• Creative and Innovative with new marketing ideas
• Experience in the Outdoor Industry and/or Real Estate knowledge a plus
• Passion for the outdoor lifestyle, wildlife and conservation a plus
• Marketing or Communications Experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
