This job requires the individual to make presentations and proactively support the company’s directives and product services, utilized in the customer base industries. The job will also require creating leads for and/or supporting products that are normally procured by customer accounts so as to create opportunities for other product and account managers within the company. The technician will identify customer needs and collaborate with other product managers to create a team approach in offering a solution to the customer which could include multiple products across the company’s portfolio. The service technician will work with individual group to supply quotes and help process orders by working with appropriate inside sales personnel within the company. The job

• will also require record keeping, inventory management and tracking projects by generating reports as well as logging info into the company’s CRM (Salesforce).
• Perform visual inspections to identify items that are obviously non-repairable based on criteria as such as performance and physical characteristics
• This job requires the individual to perform paid services. Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate others in their daily routines. This includes but not limited to, Services scheduling and project management.
• Follow the company’s service process and to work under the direction of the supervisor to plan, execute and measure the results. This job exists in an environment of change and pressure for results. It requires the handling of multiple tasks with many unexpected interruptions. The job calls for the responsiveness and energy to work long hours and cover a wide scope without letting up on the pace. 
• Travel methods to specific job sites may vary by means of air, boat, or automobile. The jobs primary means of travel requires driving to customer industrial sites on a regular basis. These sites can be across States and require long driving distances and long hours. Such sites, while generally providing safe working environments, provide the potential of exposure to hazardous materials and other industrial safety exposures. One must be able to read, interpret, and respond accordingly to SDS (Safety Data Sheet) information
• Job safety and related awareness is always a must. Working hours are sometimes long, and since they involve driving to/from customer industrial sites on a daily basis, there could be the requirement to carry certain demonstration equipment and products that weigh up to 100 pounds.
• The job may occasionally require the specialist to fly to customer or manufacturers’ sites or other locations to participate in business discussions. The job requires the specialist to serve weekend on-call duty on a rotating basis.
• Supports JHC accounting and inside sales department with problem invoices and general customer account information. Understands and ensures that the JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld at all times.
• This job is demanding in terms of knowledge skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle and manage interruptions is expected.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
