A busy medical clinic is looking for a Check in Receptionist.

This position is typically for entry level applicants. If the right applicant has experience, please apply!

Job duties include:

• Assisting patients checking in
• Verifying and updating patient demographics and insurance
• Answering patient questions
• Maintaining constant communication with other departments among other duties.
• Taking payments from patients
• Some billing responsibilities

Positions requires the following:

• Friendliness, professionalism, high attention to detail, as well as good listening and communication skills.
• Great customer service skills
• Billing/coding experience is preferred
• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Must be able to work as early as 5:00am M-F.

- Will follow the clinic, therefore you must be available to work at both locations
* Dallas near 1-35 and Regal Row(Tuesday - Thursday)
* Grand Prairie near Post and Paddock off of Hwy 360 (Monday and Friday).
