Asssociate Maintenance Technician

The John Flatley Company is seeking a maintenance person at our newly completed residential community consisting of 420 apartment units.

$52,000-$61,000 depending on License

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform work orders in apartment units. common areas and grounds
• Set high standard of professionalism with residents by following company gudelines and wearing the company uniform
• Work in a team environment
• Enter and record detailed technician comments and photos into Yardi Work Order Maintenace App on the Iphone
• Weekend rotation on call for emergencies

QUALIFICATIONS

• -Knowledge of Plumbing , Electrical, HVAC, and Carpentry
• High School Diploma
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds, and exhibit dexterity and knowledge of common maintenance tools
