Responsible for pulling together a project plan, Gantt chart, and resource plan that aligns with the wider projects and objectives.

Gather the relevant data to ensure the plan is backed up by evidence.

Prepare and own a budget to deliver on the project plan.

Identify and pull together the resources required to execute the plan.

Build relationships and work closely with wider stakeholders across the business to enable the successful implementation of the project plan.

Work with HR to develop the people plan and manage any changes to headcount and skills mix required for the execution of the project.

Execute on timely delivery of the project to plan and cost.

Organize and run regular project reviews.

Be willing to travel to different locations across the Americas to see the overview of the delivery of the project.

Monitor post-project implementation for performance and mark against the plan. Review and ensure lessons are learned for future projects.
