This is a great opportunity for someone who has established HSE excellence (ex: Site HSE Coordinator) and is looking to advance into a regional role.
This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining compliance with all John Crane, Smiths Group, and regulatory objectives, policies, and requirements within a specific region. They are responsible for the refreshing, enhancing, and adapting the HSE strategy as required for the ever-evolving customer demands and business strategy and ensuring that this is reflected in the HSE strategy.
This position is responsible for the identification, development, and implementation of John Crane’s HSE Systems within the John Crane transactional teams and sites. As a member of the Global HSE team, the HSE Manager will directly contribute to the creation of a world class safety security and assist in the reduction of the environmental impacts of operations within the assigned region.
This position reports directly to the Global Regional HSE Manager Americas and is a key strategic position to the long-term success of the group’s QHSE improvement strategy.

The total compensation for this role is $85,000-$128,000 per year based on level of experience.
