Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to oversee our coffee shop operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the shop, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of the coffee shop's daily operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create employee schedules and manage shift rotations to ensure adequate coverage
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop, including kitchen areas and dining areas
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process for new employees
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and maintain positive relationships

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service management or a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and food service industry best practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for all patrons
- Proficient in shift management, including scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll processes
- Familiarity with kitchen management procedures, including food handling and safety protocols
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills for inventory management and reporting purposes
