*This position has the potential to develop into a full-time role*
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager, such as preparing proposals, quotes, and sales orders, service dispatch, etc.
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a timely manner and ensure quality service
- Maintain accurate and current customer and order details and records in the system
- Process payment for will-call orders and assist with general order support as needed
- Assist with the collection of funds for both current and past due amounts
- Maintain filing system; file job tickets and invoices daily
- Maintain current knowledge of all products and services and educate customers on additional offerings
- Oversee planning and logistics associated with meetings and events
- Maintain proficiency in current and new office technology
- Open during regular business hours
- Proficient with computer and internet-based applications and experienced with MS Office Suite
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- ERP experience a plus
Compensation will be commensurate with level of experience.
