Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Wheel Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as loaders, graders, bulldozers, and backhoes. Your primary role will be to load materials onto trucks and assist with various construction and excavation projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including loaders, graders, bulldozers, and backhoes
- Load materials onto trucks for transportation to construction sites
- Assist with grading, paving, bulldozing, and excavation tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure efficient project completion

Skills:
- Proficient in operating loaders, graders, bulldozers, and backhoes
- Experience with Caterpillar equipment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Familiarity with dump truck operation and commercial driving is a plus
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
