Founded in 1922, The Johnson O’Connor Research Foundation is a national, non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping people of all ages (from high school to retirement) learn about their innate abilities to discover work that is both satisfying and a natural fit. Most of our clients hear about us through word-of-mouth referral by family, friends, or acquaintances familiar with our program.
In your role here, you will:
This could be a fulfilling position for someone who is interested in education, psychology, sociology, or in the liberal arts in general. We’ve had people apply from varied backgrounds including career counselors, college advisors, educational consultants, life coaches, teachers and tutors, librarians, office administrators, test prep/proctors, mental health therapists, and so forth.
Our national organization is committed to the well-being of its employees. We support staff enjoying life outside of work! There is no evening/weekend work required. There is no solicitation or cold calling involved. We offer full paid training on administration of our own proprietary battery of aptitude tests. Training typically lasts 2-3 weeks.
