Joby Aviation is seeking a passionate technical program manager to lead and support projects and initiatives for powertrain, electronics, actuation teams. This role is pivotal in orchestrating the program activities from concept phase through New Product Introduction cycles. You will be immersed in engineering environment, interfacing directly with design, manufacturing, system, test, company operation to lead scope definition, risk identification, mitigation strategy, so to ensure schedule and objectives are met and exceeded. The position will be in our San Carlos or Santa Cruz locations. This role will operate in a fast-paced, demanding, and rewarding environment where you will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to the development of processes and tools that improve organization's productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $111,300-$186,900/year. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Joby also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan with a company match, an employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and more.
