This role will work primarily on the New Production Introduction (NPI) - developing, analyzing, testing, refining and launching production of one of the world's most sophisticated and power dense Electric Propulsion System (EPU). The candidate will participate in the product development from concept phase through validation, production and beyond. ResponsibilitiesDesign, development and technical management of engineering components, of both simple and complex, within the Electric Propulsion Unit’s Stator and Rotor and it’s interfaces with the rest of the aircraftLeadership and stewardship of these components through validation testing, FAA certification and beyond.Exemplify technical excellence and set the standard for work.
