Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology needs and opportunities for innovation
• Direct the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's business applications across multiple departments
• Oversee the integration of business applications, ensuring seamless interoperability and data integrity
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Possess expertise in the administration and optimization of Netsuite and other critical business applications
• Develop and manage the IT spend, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines
• Evaluate and recommend technology investments, with a focus on enhancing business application functionality
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and stay informed about industry trends
• Specifically, manage relationships with Netsuite and other business application vendors to ensure optimal system performance

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in progressively responsible IT leadership roles
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and emerging technologies
• Experience in the administration and optimization of Netsuite and other business applications
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and compliance standards
• Experience with Zendesk a plus
• Project management experience and certification (PMP, ITIL) is a plus
• Other applications a plus (365, ERP, CRM etc.)

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
