Shift Timings : 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM
Description :
TOP MUST HAVE SKILLS :
Creates purchase orders for the acquisition of materials.
Researches, interviews, and negotiates with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications.
Must have sense of urgency, Good communication skills
4A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Role and Responsibilities :
Responsible for administrative tasks related to purchasing goods and services within an organization.
Processing purchase orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.
Primarily administrative and operational.
Deals with paperwork, documentation, and coordination.
Skills and Qualifications :
Typically require basic knowledge of procurement processes.
Less involved in direct negotiations with suppliers
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks
Typically reports to a manager.
