Job Squad is looking for Packaging Operators in Broadview, IL for our food manufacturing partner.
Job Duties:
Description
1. Ability to setup machines, conduct basic troubleshooting, loading, films, settings, monitors to
2. assure all is running efficiently.
3. Ability to work in a standing position for entire shift including climbing steps and ladders
4. Monitors and assists with equipment upstream/downstream to ensure continuous operation.
5. Follow packaging schedule, quality control and sanitation procedures concerning, weights, packs,
6. descriptions, Best Buy dates, cleanup and changeovers
7. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
8. Ability to clean machines and work area properly during and after production runs or changeovers
9. Observe all plant safety, GMP and allergen procedures and attend appropriate training sessions.
10. Ability to assist in other departments
11. Responsible for manufacturing, distributing and consistently maintaining safe and quality food by
12. following good manufacturing practices, allergen controls, food defense, HACCP and SQF
13. requirements
