1. Hydraulic Press Operator

Schedule: 8am- 5pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: $17 per hour to start.

Duties:

· Will primarily be involved with the operation of metal fabrication machinery, changing tooling, and conducting quality checks.

· Knowledge and hands-on operation of metal fabrication, specially forming with hydraulic presses.

· Setup of hydraulic presses and dies to produce specific Graepel parts.

· Provide preventative maintenance and minor repairs on tools, dies, and machines.

· Setup tool and dies and other production necessities to produce "0 defect" parts. Work a regular schedule determined by supervisory management.

· Accurately complete work orders with correct quantities of good and defective parts.

Requirements:

· High School or equivalent and/or related experience required.

· Ability to use Direct read measuring devices required.

· Ability to properly document paperwork.

· Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification.

· Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication preferred.

· Knowledge in the operation of hydraulic forming presses preferred.

· Ability to read blueprints and understand functionality of parts and their components.

2. CNC Laser Operator

Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday- Friday

Pay: $17 per hour to start.

Duties:

· Will primarily be responsible for the setup and operation of a CNC laser for metal fabrication.

· Knowledge and hands-on operation of CNC laser for metal fabrication including program retrieval, proper gases, proper nozzles, lenses, etc.

· Knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication process and concepts.

· Provide routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs to CNC laser machine.

· Setup metal fabrication machinery and other production necessities to produce "0 defect" parts.

· Check accuracy of work using blueprints and precision measuring tools.

· Accurately complete work orders with correct quantities of good and defective parts.

Requirements:

· High School or equivalent and/or related experience required.

· Ability to use Direct read measuring devices required.

· Ability to properly document paperwork.

· Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification.

· Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in manufacturing engineering, fabrication management and/or operations of low and mid-sized volume metal fabrication preferred.

· Ability to read blueprints and understand functionality of parts and their components.
