Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

The Contractor’s tasks shall include correspondence, data processing, and other administrative functions. ARC and AFRC business system support services positions will be required to work with an increased level of independence on projects requiring research and preparation. The primary role of the business systems coordinator is to act as a central point of information for different business modules by managing the flow of information between the various branches and organizations. The coordinator must know how to communicate effectively with co-workers and employees in other organizations concerning policies and procedures in the area of records management, information services, and data management.

Qualifications

  • At least three years’ work experience in a general office environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat.
  • At least three years’ experience using specialized business systems or software programs, such as (but not limited to) SAP, JIRA, Windchill Confluence, SmartSheet, Business Objects (BOBJ), etc.
  • Some positions may require a SECRET security clearance. 

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described herein are representative of those which may need to be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees must possess the ability to work in an office environment.

If required, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time to visit other company sites. Must have hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups, and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas may be required. This position may require an employee to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance, reach, push, and pull. The employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
