Job Description

• Create, maintain, and track business data produced during the performance of contract tasks
• Perform analytical and advisory functions in support of pre-award and post-award activities, including price/cost analysis, negotiation, administration, and related procurement actions in the Government system, iSite
• Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of specific tasks or projects, including travel and procurements
• Aide in negotiation of contractual changes and coordination of proposal preparation, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of the contract 
• Generate routine and/or ad-hoc reports for OCOMM management/OCOMM customers, and NCS contract administration team (e.g., Contracting Officer (CO), CO Representative (COR), Task Monitors, etc.)
• May directly interface with OCOMM management and/or OCOMM customers, and NCS contract administration team (e.g., Contracting Officer (CO), CO Representative (COR), Task Monitors, etc.) 
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks 
• Work under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or an appropriate area of specialization from an accredited college or university 
• Proficient in advanced oral and written communications, including advanced writing and editing
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS *

The physical demands described herein are representative of those which may need to be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees must possess the ability to work in an office environment. If required, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time to visit other company sites. Must have hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups, and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas may be required. This position may require an employee to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance, reach, push, and pull. The employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
