Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.About the Role:This is a critical role within our global Sales Talent Acquisition team with a primary focus on engaging passive leads to build our candidate pipelines and delivering hires to our global organization.As a sourcer, you’ll work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition and Sourcing colleagues in identifying, approaching, and engaging the best and brightest talent in the market. You’ll seek out high performers who share our values and who, like you, want to do their best work here.In this role, you’ll need to be detailed, organized, both reflective and forward thinking. Working with a range of stakeholders, you’ll deliver a strong slate of qualified candidates, recruitment market intelligence, manage talent pools and impact recruitment delivery.What you will be doing:Working closely with our global recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements while guiding them through the sourcing process.Sourcing candidates using our internal ATS, external job boards, social media, user groups and niche sites to find active and passive talent.Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent mining tools to build strong talent pipelines.Approaching candidates to discuss current opportunities and pre-screen their technical aptitude, and whether they align to our values, while delivering an incredible candidate experienceWork diligently to maintain data integrity in our ATS and CRM systems.Provide metrics and analysis on sourcing campaigns and market trends.Proactively look for sourcing best practices and creatively think about new ways of sourcing.What you bring:Minimum of 5 years or Sales Recruiting Experience, preferably with an agency background.Strong candidate sourcing capabilities, leveraging Job Boards, candidate databases, referrals, networking events, etc.Experience of data mining and building Boolean searches across different sites (e.g. Google Search, LinkedIn, Xing etc.)Experience recruiting on a wide variety of professional levels roles with a focus on sales positions.Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.A Team Player who likes to have a bit of fun along with way!Added bonus if you have:Workday Recruiting experience, Phenom People or similar recruiting CRM experienceFinTech industry knowledgeSales recruiting experienceWhat we offer youAttractive benefits including private medical cover, dental cover, and travel insurance.A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities.Time to support charities and give back in your community.A broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities – FIS is your final career step!FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $67,370.00 - $109,800.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
