Company Name: YUPRO PlacementJob Description**Payroll and HR Onboarding Coordinator***This is a job where you help with paying employees and welcoming new team members.***Job Location:** Houston, Austin, Dallas, Boston, Atlanta, NYC, Chicago, D.C, Phoenix**Job Summary:**You will make sure hourly employees get paid correctly and on time. You'll also help new hires get settled in by handling paperwork like background checks and benefits.**Job Responsibilities:**- Process weekly payroll and ensure timesheets are approved- Help with health benefits enrollment and make sure deductions are correct- Assist in onboarding new employees with required paperwork and checks- Manage background checks and drug screenings for compliance- Enroll employees in health insurance benefits- Schedule harassment training programs to meet laws- Communicate with teams for HR and payroll support- Uphold company values and assist with various tasks as needed**Required Skills/Abilities:**- Basic understanding of HR and payroll laws- Organized with attention to detail- Can work remotely with minimal distractions- Able to handle high-volume documentation- Honest, confidential, and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel- Empathetic to support underrepresented talent and equity challenges**Education and Experience:**- High school diploma or equivalent- Experience in confidential payroll and Excel spreadsheets- Start-up or small business experience is a plus**Other Benefits:**- Competitive Salary of $55,000/year- Medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more benefits available- Holidays, vacation time, and sick leave provided- Supportive company culture promoting inclusive hiring practices**About YUPRO Placement:**We specialize in skill-based hiring for all talents and are committed to diversity and inclusion.
