Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack - Job Advertisement

What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of developers to create solutions that meet regulatory needs, using distributed microservices and full stack systems.
- Stay updated on tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and participate in internal and external technology communities.
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans financially.
- Utilize various programming languages, including JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, as well as AWS tools and services, Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, and Container Orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree.
- 7 years of experience in Python, NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, Java, or Go.
- 4 years of experience in open source frameworks.
- 3 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.
- 2 years of experience on search platforms like OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.
- 2 years of experience in Agile practices.
- 1 years of people management experience.

Please note that the salary range for this role varies by location. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for Lead Software Engineer in Boston, MA, are $197,400 - $225,300.
