We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Head of Marketing to join our team and report directly to the Client Growth Director. You will have a key focus on the UK and Ireland and will provide global support.
The Role:
As the Head of Marketing, you will be the driving force behind our go-to-market brand and marketing strategy. Collaborating closely with the new business and sales team, you will lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
With a balance of three days dedicated to the UK and Ireland and two days focused on strategic global marketing initiatives, this role promises a dynamic journey in shaping our brand's worldwide presence. You will also be responsible for the global marketing function, including activities that cover corporate communications (internal and external), branding, content creation, events, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You'll be responsible for managing all marketing initiatives, as well as internal and external communications across CPM's Group of companies.
  • You will dedicate 70% of your attention to the UK and Ireland, allocating the remaining 30% to key global marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel brand marketing strategy, spanning social media, websites, content creation, including podcasts and more.
  • Using data and analytics tools, you will measure and assess the success of all marketing campaigns.
  • You will manage three Marketing Executives, two of whom are based in the UK and one in Ireland.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to implement a targeted account-based marketing strategy for acquiring new clients.
  • Serve as the "Brand Centre of Excellence," ensuring consistency in brand decisions and coordinating with UK stakeholders and the Global Leadership Team (GLT).
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, constantly seeking new ways to innovate and push the boundaries of what's possible in marketing and brand management. 

Experience:

  • Proven experience building a strong brand identity in a marketing role.
  • Strategic and insight-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen 
  • Passion for digital and technology, including being data-driven in decision-making. 
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills 
  • Digital-first business experience and a track record of cross-functional leadership.
  • Creative storytelling abilities focused on influencing customer decisions and building brand advocacy.
  • Demonstrated track record of leadership, working cross-functionally with internal partners or globally.

A degree in marketing would be strongly desired but is not essential.
