About the role: This position provides critical management for Regional and Community Banking team functions and initiatives. What you will be doing: - Drive activities for the HORIZON Center of Excellence initiative. This is currently assisting in Client Experience, Technical Development and product development activities to drive a stronger client experience. -Create and enhance program dashboards for the HORIZON Center of Excellence initiative. -Provide leadership and governance for the Core Banking Future Forward initiatives -Visibility in the interaction with senior sales and business leaders as you coordinate and program manage Core banking initiatives. This is including the rationalization of core systems within the regional and community banking markets.
