**Description**

- Greets guests according to standards.

- Checks all pool and activity areas every 15 minutes.

- Takes food and beverage orders from guests.

- Delivers orders in a timely manner.

- Assists guests in other needs they might have at the pool.

- Prepares checks, collects payments and follows cashiering procedures.

- Picks up food orders in the kitchen using one of our service bikes.

- Responsible for ensuring pools, bar and activities areas are clean.

- Sets up work area and other stations with necessary supplies.

- Maintains guests satisfaction as his/her priority.

- Ensures sufficient towels are available for guests.

- Has good knowledge of and helps guests with questions about our activities: Petanque, Croquet, Tennis and bikes.

- Closes down activities areas at end of day and ensures everything is locked up correctly.

- Follows and works according to the Standard Operating Procedures.

- Other tasks as required.
